This was the last secret sister gift I made. I love doing these little blocks, but trying to decide what to put on the front really taxes my brain!
I purchased these blocks from Hobby Lobby - they are about 1 1/4 inches on each side.
I knew that I wanted to use the Tea Party designer paper. Then I remembered that I had some chipboard letters from Stampin Up. I decided to emboss them in black to make them stand out (press the letter into versamark, cover with black embossing powder, then heat).
The rest was just deciding how to decorate the letters. The 'I' was the hardest! Thank goodness it all finally came together.
The next picture is of the box I made to put the blocks in. Pink Pirouette really goes nicely with the paper on the blocks, then added the black ribbon and accents to match the black letters on the blocks.
